Lean is a methodology of business by which value flow to the consumer is promoted through 2 tenets of guiding: Respect for people and improvement in a continuous manner. Lean can be regarded as a discipline and philosophy both that increases information access to make sure responsible making of a decision in the service of customer value creation at their core. The philosophy of lean was formed in the mid-’50s by the Japanese and companies nowadays use it globally (Leite & Vieira, 2019).
